Description:
Salisbury Bank and Trust Company, a leading community bank in the
tri-state area, has an opportunity available for a Branch Administrator.
This position is responsible for the planning, organization and
direction of the Bank’s Retail Branch Network. The successful
candidate will work with the SVP, Retail Banking participating in
the formulation and implementation of Retail strategies and objectives.
Candidate
must possess an Associate’s Degree or equivalent course work
in business administration, and 5-7 years retail bank management
experience. Sales development and training experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, & negotiating
skills required.
