Description:
We have the need to fill a CSR Supervisor position in our Brookfield I Branch located near COSTCO on Federal Road. Qualifications include a minimum of two years banking experience, a thorough knowledge of all teller related functions, strong interpersonal, communication, sales and supervisory skills necessary to work effectively with staff and help coordinate teller line and branch activities to include:

• Supervising all the daily activities of the CITs and CSRs according to established policies and procedures.
• Coordinating the teller operations area by assigning tasks, solving problems, helping with complex issues.
• Processing transactions and deal with sensitive customer relation problems.
• Providing department staff with ongoing training and support of systems, service and sales programs.
• Making more than the minimum number of sales referrals each quarter, setting an example for the staff.
• Completing performance evaluations as well as Corrective Actions and make recommendations to the Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager for the hiring, promotion, transfer, discipline, and termination of staff members.
• Managing the branch cash and balance daily, maintaining a proper supply within specified limits.
• Conducting regular staff meetings.
