Description:
Position located at 13 North Street, Litchfield. Qualified candidate will be responsible for maintaining the servicing workflow for completeness of information and accuracy on Residential, Commercial and Consumer loans on the core system. Also responsible for processing of insurance, taxes, payoffs and paid documentation, payment processing, loan sales, prepares loan files for audit reviews. Strong customer service skills required. At least 2 years of loan servicing or portfolio management and documentation experience. Strong organizational, operational policies and procedures, supervisory, product knowledge, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Windows based software. Must enjoy working with the public. Hours: M-F 8am-5pm.
