Description:
Under the general direction of, and in partnership with, the Branch Manager, the Branch Supervisor performs a wide variety of supervisory, operational, administrative, customer service, and sales-related duties to ensure the efficient delivery of services; and the acquisition, retention and growth of customer relationships consistent with market opportunities.

Position Requirements:
•3-4 years of bank work experience in a branch at least one of which was in a supervisory capacity
•Demonstrated customer service, sales and sales management skills
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Demonstrated problem solving skills with ability to make sound decisions
•Office equipment skills, including PC skills in Windows applications
•SBLI licensed or licensure eligible
•Consumer lending experience preferred.
