Bankers' Bank Northeast (BBN) is seeking an experienced trainer preferably with professional sales experience in the financial industry. Responsibilities include development and management of an ongoing formal training program for internal staff and the Bank's clients; assessment of BBN's staff and client banks' training needs; developing, delivering and presenting applicable curriculums for each group; reporting training needs and results and conveying findings to BBN management. Other responsibilities encompass addressing internal and external problem solutions and teaching cross-selling skills. This position will provide a high level of support to BBN clients, prospective clients, Relationship Managers and BBN staff. Incumbent must be able to work on multiple projects involving various areas of the Bank to include Client Services, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Product Management. B.S. degree in business, finance, communications or re lated field. Minimum of 5-7 years banking and/or other related experience.
