Union Savings Bank is a growing mutual, full service bank dedicated to serving the needs of the communities of western Connecticut. We are currently seeking a Small Business Lender I who will be responsible for the management and development of new and existing small business loan relationships. Responsibilities include: soliciting new business, interviewing applicants, collecting/analyzing financial and related data to establish creditworthiness, monitoring account relationships through financial analyses, and ongoing customer contact to increase retention and satisfaction, while minimizing risk.

Qualifications include:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Prior experience in Small Business Lending preferred
- College degree preferred
- Formal credit training preferred
- Good computer skills
- Ability to travel offsite to meet with clients
