This sales/customer service focused individual will establish and service banking relationships with businesses, non-profit organizations and municipalities for Windsor Federal Savings. Develops leads and referrals, calls on prospective clients and services existing business banking relationships. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal and sales skills, well developed financial and analytical capabilities, be able to work independently as well as in a team based environment and possess extensive knowledge of bank products and services. Minimum of 2 years relevant banking experience preferred. This position offers a combination of salary and performance based compensation.
