This is a complex administrative position in support of Commercial Real estate and construction lending functions, conducting analyses of property cash flow, borrower’s financial condition and ability to pay. Underwrites loan requests for approval, recommends structure and loan covenants. Assists in the management and monitoring of the CRE and construction loan portfolios.
