Windsor Federal Savings, a local mutual savings bank with a strong community influence seeks an experienced bank operations manager to be responsible for all areas of deposit operations including call center activities supporting both customers and branch offices, retirement account administration, administration of the online banking system and business cash management services. Also responsible for purchasing and aspects of facilities management. The qualified candidate possesses 6-8 years bank operations experience, knowledge of bank deposit software systems and cash management products/services, bank regulatory knowledge including ACH rules/regulations, with the ability to handle many projects simultaneously. Excellent management, motivation, team building and communications skills needed. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency required.
